Communicating Problems and Releases

In the light of June 2010 failures/outages of WordPress.com, Twitter.com and *.Intuit.com I thought I’d collect the locations of various “Cloud” providers as a reference.  Communication is a very important part of Release Management, something that not all companies embrace or do well.  That said, I think half the battle is getting the information out to the customers and the other half is knowing what to communicate.

This post will be continually be updated as more URLs are found.
