Someone needs to say “STOP”

Don’t get me wrong, I think ThoughtWorks studios has a nice solution (sounds good at least) in their Agile Release Management program “Go” but the start of the clip just made me laugh.  I mean, if there is that much Risk in a Release, there has to be someone who will say “STOP“.  At least I think there should be.

Leadership in Release Management means that you need to stand up and say “Sorry, this Release doesn’t make sense in its current state, it needs to be delayed.”
